What Qualifies as Proof of a Price?

Acceptable forms of proof include:

  • A full printed advertisement or a photo/screenshot of the ad

  • A direct link to the competitor’s online listing

We accept digital versions of printed advertisements. The final price we match will include any shipping or delivery charges. For example, if a competitor offers an item at $50 with $10 shipping, the total matchable price is $60.

Does the Item Need to Be in Stock?

Yes, competitor items must be in stock at the time of the price match request. The item must be identical in brand, model, color, and condition.

Quantity Limits

CasaFlames reserves the right to limit price match requests to reasonable quantities per household. For bulk purchases, please contact our team to inquire about available volume discounts.

Items Not Eligible for Price Match

The following items or scenarios do not qualify:

  • Clearance, closeout, discontinued, refurbished, used, or damaged products
